C:Iseeallofthemenincongressasviolent,brutishpigs.Currentlyforeigninvolvementisthelargest factorchangingournationandifwedonthavepositiverelationshipswithothernationswewillhave manyenemies,toomanytoprotectourselvesfrom.WeneededsomethingliketheLeagueofNationsto workasamediatorsothattheUnitedStatesandGermanycouldvethrashouttheirissueswitheach otherwithoutlettingitgettoooutofhand.
