Seminary Sunday On Sunday, October 5, 2013 New Life and Our Saviours Lutheran will be invited to start a new

tradition. Akin to the Seminary or Vicar Sunday held in Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod congregations we will be having a guest in worship, Pastoral Candidate and Seminarian Shari Munyon from Avoca, Iowa. She is a current seminarian in the North American Lutheran Church Seminary program recently approved by the NALC at the 2013 Annual Convocation. Shari will be preaching at both services and sharing about her sense of call to ordained word and sacrament ministry. Please remember her and her family in prayers as well to include the entire faculty, students, and administrative workers in your prayer as we begin a new venture as a church. This is our seminary and these are our seminarians! We will take a love offering to help offset seminary expenses.
