Title of presentation plus full name, address, email and affiliation of presenter. 5 lines short description of your presentation Note that each presentation is limited to 30-40 minutes The presentation slides should be in the English language. Presentation will be delivered in Hebrew or English All presentations are to be prepared using PowerPoint/Office-2003 The submissions are subject to approval by the steering committee
