Abstract This study was conducted in order to determine the level of of awareness residents and of degree Barangay of 9, preventive Tigbauan,

differences in the degree of preventive practice of residents of Barangay 9, Tigbauan, Iloilo on Diabetes Mellitus when classified null according to for educational this were

The

hypotheses

rejected. There was a significant relationship between level of awareness and degree of preventive practice on Diabetes Mellitus. The null hypothesis stating a no significant relationship was therefore rejected.
