As I specified iIn the introduction of this degree paper, I specified that itsthe purpose is to demonstrate the fact that

a text can be translated by different translators keeping the message and the same impact from the Source Text and Source Language in the Target Text and Target Language but having the translations more or less different from a semantically, morphologically, pragmatically and stylistically point of view.

It is said that translations improve or alters the original text because of the fact that the transfer of something written or spoken from one language into other different languages implies a lot of changes and, obviously, a lot of work and concentration besides a good knowledge of the Source and Target Language. This degree paper is made with the purpose to prove that the process of translation does not change the message and the impact of the original text, it keeps the message and the impact of the original text and it even improves the text adapting it to the culture of the Target Language. If the translator is not a licensed translator and he or she does not have the necessary knowledge of the SL and the TL then the original text can be altered being translated in an improper manner; but this thing occurs rarely due to the fact that nowadays there are a lot of specialized companies based on translating and interpreting from and in different languages.

So, thanks to the translating process the readers can come in contact with the literary works written by more or less popular writers more or less known from all over thearound world.

This paper is structured in three chapters: The evolution of English Literature in the UK, Translation a brief introduction and Translating English Literature, each of them having several subchapters which are essential in order to have the desired result. In the first chapter I chose to write about the evolution of English Literature in UK because of the fact that in the third chapter I choseselected parts from three literary works belonging to the UK English Literature, and to highlight the fact that those three literary works are different from the beginning and also because of the fact that the English Literature together with the process of translating form a chain based on communication between the author of a work of art and the translator who, based on his knowledge, will reproduce in the Target Language what the author has writtenwrote in the Source

Language.PROPIOZITII MAI SCURTE CA NU SE INTELEGE CE REI SA ZICI I chose decided to dived divide this chapter into seven subchapters such as: Old and Middle English, the Renaissance, the Restoration, the Romantic, the Victorian, the Modern and the Postmodern Period; each of them representing important periods of the UK Literature. The second chapter is about the translation and everything that is related to it, .I chose to writewrote about brief the history of the translation to highlight the beginnings of this vast process, I also chose to write about the translator because, in fact, he is one of the most important pieces in the process of translating, but the translator needs help and support. Tthats why I decided to write about the professional organisations for translators. This chapter is a plea for the complexity and the importance of the process of translating and itshis results together with the translator who is an intermediary between the foreign author and the new readers. The third chapter is actually the practical part of this degree paper, in order to prove that a piece of text will never be translated by two or more translators having the TT with no differences between themthe same way. I chose three literary works, from different period of times, and also different persons to translate the texts. I chose to translate from Robinson Crusoe, Villette and Lord of the Flies, this three novels are from different periods of the English Literature. In order to highlight the fact that my translations and the translations made by different persons are differ, they still but have the same impact as in the SL and the message is kept in the TL and TT. In my view the most appropriate manner in which I could demonstrate this is through Mrs. Bianca Han method, because through this method we can demonstrate the fact that two translators cannot have the same TT when they are translating a literary text because of the fact that there are a lot of synonyms which fits great in the TT greatly, . tThere are archaisms, neologisms or regionalisms that not all the translators tend to use them, the differences between thein background knowledge of the translators may also have an impact on the TT and also because of the fact that in my view it is a way in which the differences stand out and the translations can be compared. Also, Ttwo or more translations of the same text are different from point of view of theterms of length, from point of view of the type of translation used by the translator and from every possible point of view, but not from point of view of transmitting to the new readers the same message keeping the same impact in the TT and TL as in the ST and SL. Translating not necessary from the English Literature but in general, involves some processes which are based on relevant theories. Some of the most important theories are

those written and argued by theorist such as: Roger Bell, Peter Newmark, Eugene Nida, Roman Jakobson or Mona Baker. Each of them have written at least one theory of translation or about some processes of translating or types of translating from one language into another. In my view translating English Literature is not an easy task even if the translator has experience in translating or not, there are lots of things that can pose problems in translating a text such as: archaisms, regionalism, neologisms, acronyms, dialect, jargon, collocations, proper names, measures, quantities and currencies. (Power Point Presentation) As a conclusions it can be said that translations are really important in the communication between people who speak different languages, who have different cultures and different traditions and all this because they help peoples to come in contact with the specific of a country, region or city and these may help to the diversity and the enrichment of the culture and even the language which fortunately or not is in a constant changingchange. Thats way why it is said that the translation process is a bridge between cultures because it improves the human perspectives on life. Thanks to the process of translating a person who does not speak Romanian, English, French, German, Chinese and so on can read important masterpieces written by more or less famous writers. The readers have the wonderful chance to read or to study important works helping them to improve their lives due to the information accumulated from the literary works belonging to different cultures and authors with a different perspective on life and beliefs. Thats way why the evolution of the translating process contributes to the development of societies and to the evolution of humans because every literary work has a message which is founded first of all by the translator and then after the text is transposed from the SL in the TL and only after that the message that the author wants to transmit will be found by the readers. So the writer should be thankful to the translator because he or she helps him in sharing his or her work with people with other culture, language and line of thought.
