w Link Summary display q Network map The managed network is shown graphically in the Root, Pasolink Internet, Region and Control windows, along with symbols/icons of different colors which indicate status. w Link Summary display In addition to the selected NE, the opposite NE is also displayed, making troubleshooting and maintenance much easier and more efficient. e Active Alarm display All the active alarms in the managed network can be displayed. Double-clicking an active alarm event brings up the corresponding Map and Link Summary windows. r Alarm Panel A summarized count of current active alarms can be displayed in each category, including Not Ack Critical, Critical, Not Ack Major, Major, Not Ack Minor and Minor, by region. t Alarm History display A list of recent alarms, including occurrence and recovery time stamps for each alarm, can be displayed. You can view Alarm History data stored in the PNMS via the Alarm History Stored display. y Event Log display Current events in the managed network are color-coded and displayed in the Event Log window. You can display notified events stored in the PNMS via the Event Log Stored display. u Alarm/Event Filter function The alarms/events to be displayed can be filtered based on a time period, severity/event type, NE name and alarm/event item in Active Alarm, Alarm History, Alarm History Stored, Event Log, and Event Log Stored windows. The filter supports setting, save, delete, disable and load functions. i Severity Setting The severity of each alarm/event item can be changed based on customer requirements. Alarm/Event Sort function The Alarm/Event Sort function lets you sort the data in ascending/descending order by clicking the name column of each row in the Active Alarm, Alarm History, Alarm History Stored, Event Log, and Event Log Stored windows. Data Backup and Restore The backup and restoration of data can be performed as scheduled or on-demand.
