Prepare the RF Simulation Design for newly commissioned sites and share the Planning parameters for single site and Cluster DTs. Have experience of interference testing using Huawei tool Mainex O&MStar C by interference Log analysis. BSC KPIs analysis and Improve the KPIs by identifying the bottlenecks in KPIs degradation by using CBSS MAINEX OMStar and OMStar C Report analysis.

Drive Test for Pre launch optimization sites using TEMS 8.0.4 and Documented Reports using MapInfo. Fine tuning of Handovers parameters. Verifying that handovers between sectors and neighbouring sites take place. Resolving the Issues Like, Sector Swapping, Cross Feeder, Rx Quality, Overshooting. Drive test data analysis considering coverage, handover call drop, Rx Quality and troubleshoot problem areas. MapInfo is used for making thematic diagrams to present Receive level, Receive Quality, Dropped calls, Blocked calls and HO failures. Capacity and Coverage Test on TEMS to See the Handovers, Frequency Check, BSIC and Quality Issues Accordingly as the Plan Sheet Given by Customer. Co channel Interference, Faulty Neighbours, Low Transmit Power, External Interference, Power Control and Handover Related Issues. Call Quality Test (CQT) for identification of faulty TRx by locking each TRx and checking call quality on each TRx. Site Audit Report Including Site Configuration, Antenna heights, azimuth, electrical and mechanical tilts.
