Semakin banyak pergerakkan dalam aktiviti, semakin bertambah bilangan degupan jantung dalam masa satu minit. The more active the activity, the more the number of heartbeats in one minute. Semakin aktif aktiviti, semakin bertambah bilangan degupan jantung dalam masa satu minit. When / If the type of activity has more movements, the number of heartbeats in one minute will increase.
