Post-Game Quotes
ROYALS MANAGER NED YOST: That was quite a pitching duel for a while Hes [Iwakuma] an All-Star caliber pitcher. I think hes given up one run this month, true to form again tonight. He handcuffed us. We couldnt do anything. Your offense has been up-and-down this season, but the last two days it just looked like you ran into good arms Yeah, we did. Those were two great pitching performances. You kind of have got to give credit where credit is due. They shut us down, both guys, both night. Santana looked like he had it going early and then just a hiccup there in the 5th Yeah, got a fastball up to Zunino and he ended up hitting a home run in the 5th. The pickoff play made it tougher and then actually on [Seager], he didnt hit it good, kind of jammed him a little bit, but right down the line.
