ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: M.Sc in Biochemistry from Bangalore University (M.S Ramaiah College of Arts, Science & Commerce), Bangalore, India, in 2011-2013 with an aggregate 62.24%. B.Sc in (Chemistry, Microbiology & Zoology) from Bangalore University (AlAmeen College of Arts, Science And Commerce), Bangalore India, in 2011 with an aggregate 71.66%. Pre-University Course (PUC) from Karnataka PU Board (Shree Adi chunchanagiri PU College), Mysore India, in 2008 with an aggregate 56%. SSLC from Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (New Fort High School),Bangalore, India, in 2006 with an aggregate 60.11%.

PROJECT: Title: Production of Ethanol From Household Waste: Objective: The main objective of the experiment was to observe if the common household wastes, such as apple and banana peelings, were suitable to be used as another source of producing bio ethanol. The experiment also served as a way to relieve the world's dependency on oil and fossil fuels through the extraction of bio-ethanol from the wasted biowastes. Through this experiment, people will discover that energy can be derived from even wastes that are thought to be just useless.

TECHNICAL SKILLS: Biochemistry Protein assay and analysis (purification, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, ODD, DOT-ELISA, in vitro enzyme assays), protein preparation, extraction/purification and analysis, clinical biochemistry tests. Molecular Biology Nucleic acid isolations from biological samples , Isolation, estimation, Protein isolation and purification by SDS PAGE method, Preparation and fractionation of compounds by column chromatography technique. Microbiology Aseptic techniques, microbial selection, identification, quality control.

Equipments Handled: Compound microscope, PH meter, Spectrophotometer, Colorimeter, Electrophoresis unit, Centrifuge, Autoclave, Column Chromatography, GLC and HPLC.
