On ovember 13, 2011 , the above-referenced Defendant was arrested by the Reno
Police Department and cbarged with trespassing, a misdemeanor. Tbe Defendant entered a plea of not
guilty to the trespassing charge and a trial date was set for December 13,2011. On ovember 23,
2011, me Reno City Attorney's office filed a Motion to Continue said trial date which was unopposed
by me defendant's court-appointed attorney, Lewis Taite!' Trial was continued and re- et for January
10, 2012, and Roberto Puentes was appointed by the Court as defendant' s attorney.
On January 3, 2012, the Defendant filed a Motion to Continue which was unopposed
by me Reno City Attorney' s office. Trial was continued and re-sel for February 2, 2012.
On January 18 2012, Defendant ' s attorney, Roberto Puentes, filed a Motion for
\ imdrawal of Attorney. This motion was set for hearing and on February 2, 20 12, an evidenti ary
bearin wa condu ted. The defendant was present, defendants' cOlmsel Roberto Puentes was present
and Jill Drake, Esq., was present on behalf of tbe City. At the conclusion of the haring, the Court
entered an Order granting the Motion to Witbdraw filed by Mr. Puentes. Keith Loomis was appointed
by the Court 10 repre ent the Defendant. Trial i el for April 10,2012, at 8:00 a.m. 0 finaljudgmenl
