1. What is more important to you: Money or the work? Money is always important, but I think that work is more important. Work means work enviroment and Co-worker. 2. How do you feel about overtime ? I dont mind working overtime at all. I know during busy times people are expected to work more, and I am flexible with my hours so I wont have a problem 3. What do you do when you have a problem with your job ? I will face the problem that I have and find a solution. If I have a trouble I will use resoures around me such as looking through the internet, asking Co-worker... If the problem is out of my control. I feel its important to let my manager know what my problem are. After that I ask myself why I am having the problem. 4. If you are given work from my manager that is boring and tedious, what will you do? I will work with responsibility. In my opinion, A work is completed that is the best when you have both responsobility and passion. 5. Do you manage your time well? I am never late to work and I have never missed a deadline, So I think I manage my time quite well. 6. Why are you applying for a job that you didnt major in? To be honest, Pharmaceutical chemistry technology is new section in Vietnam and it is difficulty to find a job related to this. Fortunately, I have learned technical in HUST, it is a worthwhile thing. In my studies, I had to learn basic subjects for a year, basic technical subjects for two years, basic chemical subjects for a year and major subjects for a year, in which having subjects related to quality management. It give me technical thinking and ability to analyze and solve problems I could be confident in adapting the works related to technical. To demonstrate the ability to adapt, I attended two different science research topics and some companies that I interned. Both of them, I have adapted well to do works.
