Belmont: One furnished room in a 1 BR/1 BA apartment to share with one person. Apartment is on Old County Road and near public transportation. Laundry is available. $900/month with $450 deposit. New housemate will be renting the bedroom. Current renter works M-F; owns one friendly cat, but cannot accept more pets. She is a non-smoker and prefers a non-smoking housemate. Burlingame: One furnished room in a 2 BR/1 BA townhouse to share with one person. $825/month with $825 deposit. 50% shared utilities. Outside smoker ok. No pets. Small front detached patio, street parking, laundry. Near transportation and downtown area. Daly City: One furnished room in a 5 BR/2BA house to share with three housemates. Shared bathroom, limited kitchen use, laundry available. $550/month, with $550 deposit, shared utilities. Quiet neighborhood. Street parking, near public transportation. No smoking and no pets. Room can be furnished or unfurnished and will rent for $700 plus share of utilities. Nonsmoking and no pets. Homeowner is retired and does a lot of volunteer work in the community. Housemate will need a car as the home is not close to transportation. San Bruno: Three bedroom, 2.5 bath house to share. Room is unfurnished and will rent for $800 which includes utilities. Seeking a clean and quiet housemate to share the home. Home is near transportation. San Carlos: One bedroom, one bath apartment to share near downtown San Carlos. Housemate will be renting the bedroom which is unfurnished. Rent is $600 plus utilities. San Mateo: Five bedroom, 2 bath home to share with family. Room can be furnished or unfurnished and will rent for $750 including utilities. Nonsmoking and no pets. Close to schools, places of worship and transportation. South San Francisco: Three bedroom, 2 bath home to share with family. The home is not close to transportation. Room has a separate entrance and private bath and is unfurnished. The room will rent for $650 including utilities. Nonsmoking. Homeowers have 1 dog but cannot accept additional pets.
