Main Activities and responsibilities

• Maintaining a centralized warehouse in Gussies in DUBAI, thus controlling the


procurement of all locations.

• To ensure focused approach to all merchandise flow aspects with the objects of
maximizing store turns and minimizing in store overstocks.

• Responsible for replenishing the stocks at different locations in U.A.E.

• To pro-actively react to overstocks / under stocks by consistently monitoring in store and


moving stock around shops.

• To ensure a regular flow of merchandise through the merchandise pipeline from the
warehouse to stores.

• Consistent monitoring of the stock levels with in shops to expedite records from the
warehouse.
• Being responsible for the correct mix of merchandise is at the store, based on the store
profile, new arrival been checked in at the store and old merchandise is not left at the
warehouse.

• To ensure shop transfers are acted upon quickly and efficiently to maximize the stock
turns within each shop.

• To monitor stock turns to each departments/brands within each store and action out –of-
line areas.

• To consistently monitor theoretical and physical stock levels by doing perceptual


inventory checks in store and the warehouse, to ensure store stock build up sale happens
quickly and efficiently.

• To monitor stock levels during sale to ensure in stock situation through sale.

• Feed back given to buyers based on performance of merchandise, accordingly action can
be taken for re-order, display and price revisions
