TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Immigration formalities : Citizens of member states of the European Union do not need a visa to visit France. Citizens of
other countries are advised to check whether or not a visa is needed sufficiently far in advance of their departure date.

Meals : The room charge includs breakfast, as usually served in France. Other meals are not included. It may be that your host
can provide other meals if desired, in which case he or she should be paid directly.

Payment conditions : A deposit of € 50 for stays of less than one week, and € 100 for stays of between one and two weeks or
for more than one room or an apartment is to be paid on reservation. For longer stays, or stays of one night, please consult us
for details of the amount. The balance should be paid at least 30 days before the beginning of your stay. If your reservation is
made less than 30 days prior to the first night of your stay, the full amount of the accomodation fee is payable immediately. In
case of cancellation before payment of the balance, the deposit paid is not refundable.

Cancellation : A stay is confirmed by receipt of the balance of the accomodation fee, and when the visitor is informed of the
address of their accomodation. Any subsequent cancellation will result in the following penalties :
Between 30 days and 10 days before the first night : the loss of 50% of the accomodation fee.
Between 9 days and 3 days before the first night : the loss of 75% of the accomodation fee.
Less than 3 days before the first night : the loss of 100% of the accomodation fee.
Risks and guarantees : We have full cover for our civil liability in both administrative and operational matters. We would
however advise customers to check that they are covered in France for civil liability, to make their own arrangements for
insurance against cancellation, and to ensure that they have an appropriate level of cover for medical and other assistance
whilst travelling.
