Week 1
DIY Strawberry face mask
Mash up 3-5 berries, add some honey, aloe vera or oil of your choice. Leave on for 15 mins. Packed with vitamin c and hydroxy acids, this mask will brighten and exfoliate.

Week 2
Soak Feet
In a bath of sea, epsom or himalayan salt for 15 to 20 minutes to detox and destress the body and feet.
Week 3
Switch out one piece of makeup with an organic product
Cosmetics are littered with harmful chemicals. Choose one product to switch up. ( Nail polish, foundation, eye shadow ).
Week 4
Use a mud mask
