Volunteer Application
Your application must include: 1. A Personal Information Form (see below). 2. Your membership fee, if applicable (see below). 3. A completed volunteer questionnaire (see reverse). Incomplete applications constitute a basis for rejection of the application. CFRC welcomes participation from all Queen's students and Kingston community members. Our facilities have accessibility barriers and accommodations. Please contact CFRC staff for details. This is a volunteer position. Applicants can expect a time commitment of less than 5 hours per week.
