She states that she sleeps late in night and wakes up early to do household chores. Client also is able to understand, speak and read Filipino. She has no visual or hearing problems that may affect her learning. B. Learning Need: To understand Hypertension, possible complications like stroke, heart failure and diabetic retinopathy, its treatment, and self-care responsibilities for ongoing treatment. C. Learning Diagnosis: Knowledge Deficit: Prevention of complications brought about by Hypertension related to lack of information D. Goal: The client with HPN will understand more Hypertension and its complications. E. Teaching Plan Proper Learning Objectives Upon completion of the topic for 30 minutes on hypertension, the patient will be able to: 1.
