What if we could eliminate sewage?

A new innovative Green technology will revolutionize the treating and disposing of sewage. The ThermalTreat Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) will eliminate the need for large holding tanks and dumping, freeing up additional storage space for water or cargo. This innovative technology No more polluting will revolutionize the the environment with treating and disposing potentially hazof sewage. ardous chemicals. The system is small, lightweight and uses no chemicals. It produces no odors, liquid, or sludge! How does the ZLD system work? The ZLD system uses a tank as small as 5 gallons, depending on the application. It grinds and dissolves the solids in the liquid. The ZLD pressurizes the liquid and injects it into the hot exhaust gas of the engine, all under computer control. Steam and negligible minerals leave with the hot exhaust gas. Because it is a thermal process, the system is a quick start and stop system. The ZLD processing unit without the tank is approximately 12 x 18 x 24 and weighs under 100 pounds. A unit this size can process 200 gallons per day depending upon available heat. The ZLD is an automatic, mobile sewage elimination system and uses the waste heat from the engine exhaust to eliminate the sewage with no liquid discharge or sludge to dump.
