2008 – Till Date M/s. Sanghi Industries Ltd., Kutch, Gujarat.
Presently designated as a Assistant Engineer – Power Plant of 54.4 MW capacity &
involved in operations & maintenance of Power Plant, FBC boiler of 28tph (14 x 2NO)
steam flow for the Desalination Plant of 5500m3/day.

● Responsible for efficient operation of DG plant for optimum generation. Corrective

action with least disturbances for generation and running plant Continuous monitor all
DG parameters and take timely action to prevent any failure of DG performance.

• Continuously monitor availability of water, oil, fuel, etc for the plant Keep &
continuously observation abnormality to take action .Carry out all preventive,
planned maintenance jobs of DG /Auxiliaries.

● Close monitoring parameters by log sheets as per schedule thorough checking of fuel
quality & quantity with co-ordination of QC department Monitoring centrifuge
operation, fuel in day tank etc Monitoring centrifuge operation, fuel in day tank etc.

●. To carry out break down maintenance Exhaust valve cages, over hauling & monitoring
Fuel pumps, Injectors etc overhauling. Knock up reading as per schedule.

• Smooth operation & maintenance of DG sets to ensure availability to meet continuous

power demand. Assist superiors in spares parts maintenance planning. Preparation of
daily report in SAP.

• Development which is useful to make system more stable & effective.

Documentation work as per ISO Standards. Modifications related to ease of
operation. Active member of QUALITY CIRCLE.
• Communicate to Production Department regarding load management. Continuously
monitoring the critical parameters. Follow & implement plant safety & 100 % use of
PPE’s.

• Maintenance of Centrifugal pumps and screw type air compressors and also of
Reciprocating Air Compressors.
