Site Hygiene Manager

PERSONAL STATEMENT

I’m very goal orientated, my main strengths would be to build and develop very strong self
operating teams, not afraid to challenge “the norm”
I introduced production onto the nightshift with a minimum amount of upheaval and made into the
most efficient shift in factory, saving £60,000 in waste/ giveaway, £20,000 on reject levels approx.
Introduced the Behave and think safety system throughout the whole site – with a reduction in
accidents by 40%. Would like to think my passion enthusiasm, and commitment are instilled in my
team.
Introduced most of the site hygiene systems/procedures, such as training detail forms, Risk
assessments, SSOW, hygiene schedules, comprehensive audit sheets, analytical data sheets,
(kpi’s) to suit the business needs, client needs and also to prove due diligence to the clients
customers.
