Started journey as an international freight forwarder and established in 1997.Now EXPRESS WORLDWIDE LTD. spreads across the world through its strong agents network. More than 475 factories in Bangladesh and an excess of 30 clients overseas are happy with EXPRESS WORLDWIDE LTD.To solve the problem during export-import EWL need to promote professionalism in the industry through integrated training and qualification requirements, maximize the utilization of national carriers for both sea and air transports.

A develop forwarding sector plays a vital role for marketing stability of a country. It is now providing their forwarding service with lot of sector. We are very glad for getting the opportunity to accomplish our project in the Bangladesh freight forwarding line. The project has been based on the export import process of freight forwarding. Recently at the time of export-import, the freight
forwarding industry faces the problems of a fragmented structure, inefficiency of related services, high operating costs, and low volume.

Objectives of the Study: The main objective of the study are 1. To know about the export import process. 2. To know what are the document required before and after sailing the cargo. 3. To know different type of container used in shipment. 4. To evaluate the performance of an international freight forwarding company named EXPRESS WORLDWIDE LTD. 5. To highlight on the practical operations & services of EXPRESS WORLDWIDE LTD. 6. Current operation and supply management of EXPRESS WORLDWIDE LTD. 7. Optimal and inventory process of EXPRESS WORLDWIDE LTD.
8. Identify the service design process.

Methodology of the Study: For achieving the specific objectives of this study were gathering from both primary and secondary sources. Primary Source: Direct conversation with the respective officers of the Departments. Face to face conversation with the employees. Observation of the export-import department. Secondary Sources: Various records of the forwarding line. Different Types of brochures. Website of Express Worldwide Limited. Different newsletters of FFL. Personal files of the employee Research Design : Research design is the based framework which provide guidelines for the research process. It is a map or blue print according to which the research is to be conducts. The research design specifies the methods for data collection & data analysis determine the source of data. Most specifically it was a kind of Descriptive conclusive research who takes care of who, when, what, where, how and why aspects of investigation further the researcher used the statistical method to serve the purpose of project, it permitted the research to drive more accurate generalization whose reliability could be measured.
