LoadXtreme subscription packages and other VMobile products and/or services have corresponding Product Pack Sales Code (PPSC), Product Patronage Points (PPP), and Qualifying Period (QP). The company may change or modify these values at any given time. To help you manage your VMobile business, the company provides an Internet-based account where you can track your purchases, sales, and manage personal records. You may access all these information by logging on to your account thru the website www.mylifebasic.biz. There are also selected information that are accessible via SMS to provide you mobile convenience. Please check the latest guide or information on the appropriate SMS keywords you can use in administering your myLIFE Basic account using mobile phones and other similar devices. LoadXtreme Account Your LoadXtreme Account also serves as your unique identification number under the myLIFE Basic Business Program. The transaction information recorded by the system under your account is processed in real-time for immediate computation of applicable incentives. This account information is also used by the myLIFE Basic system to establish the genealogical structure of your sales or consumer organization. Every time a member registers in myLIFE Basic using your account or ID number as their sponsor, they become your Direct Referrals. Consequently, members registering under your Direct Referrals becomes your so called Indirect Referrals. Product Pack Sales Code (PPSC) Selected product packages you buy from VMobile include a scratch card containing the product's Product Pack Sales Code or PPSC. PPSC is a 16-digit number that uniquely identifies a product or product package. The PPSC card should be provided to you untampered either by the person who sold you the product, by the Independent Business Center (IBC) or Product Depot where you bought the product or it may be found within the packaging of the product itself. Each PPSC carries different product point values (refer to PPP) depending on what you purchase. It is necessary to register the PPSC via web or SMS to ensure full access to your online Transfer and

Product Patronage Points (PPP) Selected products you buy from VMobile have corresponding point values called Product Patronage Points (PPP). Each time members of your consumer group register their product purchases by sending the PPSC to the system, the product's PPP is credited to you and those qualified under your consumer group. Please refer to applicable published Product Guides for further information about each participating product's PPP. Qualifying Period (QP) Every time you purchase products and register its PPSC, the system determines the product's Qualifying Period (QP) value in tracking your qualification to earn commissions. To know more information about how QP works, please refer to Maintaining Your Account's Qualification section of this document. Additionally, please refer to applicable published Product Guide or other official materials for further information about each product's equivalent QP.

Real success in myLIFE Basic comes when you help others duplicate your effort. This is the power of Leveraging. Your account will be credited with Subscription Sales Bonus (SSB) every time other TUs within your myLIFE sales network joins. The amount of SSB earning is fixed at fifteen pesos (P15.00) paid beginning from the 2nd level up to 9th level. Additionally, for every SSB credited to your account, a fixed amount of five pesos (P5.00) is added by the system to your TP Upgrade fund (please refer to section Technopreneur Upgrade Fund).

Note that as a TU, you cannot directly refer a TP under the myLIFE Basic program. The ability to refer both TPs and TUs is a special privilege reserved to TPs under myLIFE Pro only. When you feel you are ready to bring your business to a higher level, you may upgrade your subscription by purchasing a TP upgrade Kit anytime, or you may opt to 'wait' for your TP Upgrade Fund (TPUF) to accumulate enough credits that would earn you voucher to use in claiming for the upgrade kit. Please refer to the section Technopreneur Upgrade Fund (TPUF) in this document for more details.

Direct Referral Incentive (DRI) rewards your personal effort in introducing the LoadXtreme business to others. A fixed amount of fifty pesos (P50.00) will be credited to your account in real time for every TU direct referral.

Technopreneur Upgrade (TP-Up) Fund is a fixed amount allotted by the system for every TU SSB credited to your account. This fund is intended to save for the account's future upgrade to myLIFE PRO (TP). Once the TP-Up fund reaches enough amount to purchase an upgrade kit (priced at P3,998.00 as of September 1, 2013).
