Mr Viraj Chadha ex General Manager Halcyon Asia Group, is an alumni of IIM-C. He has a rich experience of 17 years in Human Resources,
General Administration & Management. He has handled challenging assignments in HR such as scaling Halcyon Asia from scratch to 700+
people, handled Labour Disputes with aggressive Labour Unions and saving over 5 Million for the Organization. He has developed a multi-cultural
and diverse workforce. Apart from the regular responsibilities, Mr Viraj gave L&D the highest priority and the results were quite evident. Very
