CONFIGURATION AND GENERAL ARRANGEMENT

This is a hydraulic system, designed to install at shop floor level. It comprises of press frame, double acting oil hydraulic cylinders, with a Die platen (moving) attached to the piston rod, Control panel, Power pack Assembly etc. Emergency Push Buttons are provided for switching OFF the entire system under any emergency. Manual Mode for operating the system is also provided in the system. SYSTEM OPERATION/WORKING Manual feeding

The micro dust collected is loaded into the machine taper duct provided at a convenient height for the operator to feed the material into it. Once it is fed and the machine is switched ON. The hydraulic cylinder which is connected to the plate which moves forward and the materials are pushed in to the pressing block, during this time the material falls on the top of the moving door. The pressing cylinder presses the material inside the block against the locking cylinder which holds the pressed material. These pressed material will act as a block to create back pressure.

machine which will be operating automatically depending upon the density of the material and the set pressure. These operations are continuous and automatic. Once the material is finished in the feeding hopper the material can be fed manually once again and the process can be continued. Provision of Manual mode for any emergency situations is also provided.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY Our Machine is self-contained with all accessories including Basic pressing machine with Hydraulic Cylinders. Hydraulic Power pack for press operation Control Panel for press operation. The system will be delivered in assembled condition and commissioned at site by our engineers. Customer to please arrange for the following 1. Hydraulic oil to fill-up the tank before commissioning. (210 ltrs) 2. Supply point for electrical mains, 3 phase, and 415V with neutral. 3. Completion of civil works for foundation, as per our drawing for anchoring the system. 4. Any other materials involved for erection such as chain block, crane, manpower etc.

Pressure switch is provided to cut-off motor when the operating pressure reaches pre-set limit and protect the hydraulic system. Preset relief valves protect power pack and cylinder units from overloading. These are also acting as standby to pressure switch. Motor is protected against short circuit and overload, through fuses and overload relay. Protection is also provided for phase loss.

After 15 days of the trail period we will visit a site inspection if any problem is noticed we will shortout at the time. Duties and Taxes: VAT 5% extra on the Basic value.
