As a senior executive with 20+ years life sciences/medical devices marketing and consulting experience I offer a unique quiver of skills and expertise that showcase my ability to develop successful market positions, branding, and revenue growth. I founded and successfully led the growth of the strategic assessment and international medical marketing firm, CareMerica, Inc. from complete start-up to specialty market leader of life science companies and manufacturers. Partial list of CareMerica Inc. clients:
Mallinckrodt Medical Pharmacia PRN Services Bespak Tenax Monterey Bay Health Center Com-Pac International Frastec Wound Care Products Menlo Care LifeQuest Medical Certified Facilities InfuSystem Sigma Aldrich Norfolk Medical Products I-Flow Corporation C.R. Bard Searle Nova Healthcare Industries IMRE Clinical Systems Spinal Dynamics Boullion, Christofferson, & Schairer Cynosure Venture Medical Spartan, USA Obtura Medical Micro Systems Cox Laboratory, Rice University Baxter Healthcare Corporation Pathcor Hemocleanse Epitope CellPro Bock Pharmacol Binax Comedicus Cambridge Heart MedMira MiniMed Facilities One Medconx Medical Modalities

I directed market entry of Port-A-Cath implantable vascular access systems; third-of-its-kind product in the oncology access market space, and captured 65% market share and $50MM in annual sales revenues from start-up in 4 years. I orchestrated the services of astronaut and first man on the moon, Neil Armstrong to uniquely position this Medicine in Space product. Taking the baseline revenues of $16MM in sales, I guided the sales, marketing, and strategic development of PRN Services, Inc. (chemotherapy supplier) to annual sales exceeding $100MM in 6 years and assisted their eventual acquisition by Cardinal/NSS. I conceived, built from scratch, and successfully advanced a nationwide $12MM franchise with private practice oncologists, and sold the infusion pump company, InfuSYSTEM, to I-Flow Corporation. Understanding the objective that CellPro, Inc. wanted to be able to promote their Ceprate cell separation system to purge tumor cells and the FDA said, they had failed to validate that claim, I conceived/advanced an FDA acceptable positioning (clearing the field -weeds in a garden) to drive a successful Ceprate product launch. I have led/managed and provided vision to, several medical device start-up companies, including InfuSYSTEM, CardioQuickSys, HeartSure, and BridgeMED. I developed/facilitated the widely respected, life sciences specific, strategic business assessment methodology, Strategic Baseline Review I was elected the first Vice President, Marketing and Board Director of the nationwide Medical Marketing Association (1500+ medical marketers) I developed, authored, and facilitated for more than 10 years, the widely respected, Product Management 2000 life science specific product management/product marketing education course.
