Assignments as GM CBU-Pak
• Developing links with higher education institutions and other stakeholders.

To point out exam centers for each exam administration, their rejection in collaboration with Quality
Assurance Manager and Operation Manager.
To carry out physical survey of exam centers and hold necessary communication with the Institutions.
To work out details and utilization of exam supervisory staff in collaboration with other staff of AKU-
EB.
To develop pool of such staff against set bench mark and depute them for the job in each exam
administration.
To keep complete record of each casual examination staff performance and take decisions for their
future deputations in consultation with QA Manager.
To find and depute center supervisors, deputy supervisors, invigilators, external inspectors and
resident inspectors.
To coordinate security arrangements in collaboration with AKU security and purchase deptt., external
consultants and agencies, schools for trouble free and smooth conduct of AKU-EB exams..
Coordinate the development of central command and control system for arrangement and conduct of
exam supported by EPS, staff, logistics and other mediums.
Submission of report on the conduct of exam at the end of each exam administration including note of
especial/ unusual cases/episodes and their handling.
Liaison with other agencies, institutions, organization and stakeholders for further improvement and
development purposes.
Monitor data entry process in collaboration with
Job Assignments as a Deputy Director Admissions & Examinations/ Student Affairs.
FEE Collection
I. Dispatch of fee payment notices to all the students by mail on their home addresses well in advance
warranting them to pay fee before the commencement of each academic year.
II. Keeping liaison with the Accounts Department about the receipt of fee paid by students in response to the
notice issued.
III. Keeping liaison with the Accounts Department & Controller of Examination Office to recover fee from the
defaulters.
Extra-Curricular & Co-Curricula Activities
1. Sports
a) Provision of sports facilities in coordination with Sports Officer round the clock to students, staff and their
children.
b) Management of Swimming Pool from March to September.
c) Coordination with Sports Officer to arrange Inter-Faculty and inter batch fixtures in Cricket, Hockey, Football,
Tennis, and Table Tennis, Squash & Basket ball.
VIII. Listing of pre-requisites for individual students and informing all concerned through coordinative sections.
IX. Provision of list of failures in different subjects to Coordination Section for arranging classes for repeaters.
X. Student’s Data Entry in dual systems as follows:

RESEARCH PROJECTS
I. A research paper on PHOTOVOLTAIC TRACKING SYSTEM FOR INDUSTRIAL AND DOMESTIC
APPLICATION has been presented at 6th international symposium on Energy and environmental
conservation, and I did the cost and benefit analysis of the project.
II. Research proposal on AN EVALUATION OF THE AGRICULTURE CREDIT POROGRAM OF
COMMERCIAL BANKS IN NWFP PAKISTAN.
