Project Title:
“Personnel Profiling System”
Project Background:

Personnel profiling is a very hard task for the human resource department. It

is originally designed for greater human force exertion and interaction between two

or more individuals. Due to this old way of profiling, problem were existing like; the

filling cabinet are full of the profile of employees in different department, the

accuracy of records as well as certificates issue by the personnel for some purposes.

And most of all is the time rendered in filling the profile of the employee. If the

departments have to find for the record of an employee, it will take a lot of time

searching for his records. There is a need for a faster way and high quality system

for the employee and the human resource that will not waste time.

Project discription:

The said project is power by Visual Basic 6 with the following objectives:
• To provide a system that has a search engine.
• To be able to maintain the accuracy of the records.
• To be able to come up with a system that will secure the privacy of each
employee.
Personnel Profiling System will help them solve the current problem in a

department it would be valuable because it could greatly increase employee and

human resource satisfaction and allow them to spend more time in their work that

needs their greater supervision and also less time in searching instead of searching

in a large filling cabinet they will search it with the use of this system which only

requires the employee to give his name or employee ID number if necessary. This

project will benefit both the employee and the human resource department.

Before the end or after the semester, the project aims to be implemented and
use in the organization for five months of under observation and afterwards it will be
implemented as long as the organization stands through out the circulation.
Personnel Profiling System aims to strike at the Olongapo City Hall Personnel
Division. Said project was suggested by Ms. Imelda Abad of Personnel Department -
Olongapo City Hall

Project Title:
“Olongapo City: City Scholars Website”

Project Background:

Every year the number of students applying for scholarship program was

increasing. Some of them were asking about the requirements. After some weeks

they will comeback at the office and ask the clerk about the approval of their

application. On the side of the student or applicant, some of them were having hard

time going to the office to ask if they are one of the scholars.

Project discription:

The said project is power by MySql and PHP with the following objectives:

• To provide a website that will serves as a search engine.

• To be able to post announcements and activities of the scholars.

• To be able to state the total numbers of city scholar in different school in the
city.
Having a website in an organization will have a greater advantage. Society of

Scholars and Alay Lakad Scholars were one of the organizations who badly need it.. I

decide to make a website that will serves as a search engine for the approve scholars

and pending application of the scholar.

Before the end or after the semester, the project aims to be implemented and
use in the organization for five months of under observation and afterwards it will be
implemented as long as the organization stands through out the circulation. Said
project was suggested by Mr. Jonathan Manalo – Olongapo City Councilor.

Project Title:
“PUD Information Website”

Project Background:
Public Utilities Department has 54,795 consumers and it will continue to grow
as the needs of the consumers increases. Due to the continuous increasing of the
need in consumption of the electricity, problem were continue to grow and it will
never stop unless the consumer were satisfied with the existing system.
The current problem in department is the unstoppable number of consumer
asking regarding their consumption and the announcement of the department
regarding the power interruption and the cause of it. Some of them were asking
about their profiles and most of time is their last payments.
Project Discription:
With this system it will help the consumers in the households, in the private
companies and also the employees. Most of the companies are having a hard time of
complaining at the consumer welfare desk, most of them are complaining about the
profile of the arrears and the accuracy of their records and sometimes they forgot
their billing statement wherein the costumer service needs the Control ID (CID)
Number. Through this it will help the consumer to ask the department regarding their
questions. In the side of the employee it will lessen the time entertaining question al
well as people asking about some matters. This project was suggested by Engr:

• To be able to make a system that will inform the city regarding the
department.

• To be able to lessen the questions and time entertaining consumer of the

employees.
