Case Background In this Psychological Evaluation, William Dominic Ong has been interviewed in his own family background history. In a socioeconomic level, William reported that his family belongs to a middle class. He lives with his happily married parents. His father makes a good profit as a businessman and is responsible in financial matter in the family. Her mother, on the other hand is a housewife as well as his nurturer. William reported that he never had significant health problems as a baby and his mother received adequate prenatal care throughout her pregnancy. Fortunately, his parents are physically and mentally healthy at their age. William was identified as an intelligent student. He reported that he excel mostly in math and science subject. Through his good academic performances, he received awards and became the top 1 student in his early and middle childhood. William reported that he was doing well in his grade school class and so he developed his academic skills throughout his academic life. He clearly stated that he can also cope well in his classmates and never brought his parents to see a guidance counselor according to his behavior. In his middle childhood, he discovered that he likes computer games because it involves critical thinking as well as it releases his stress after school. He never had been caught up smoking and doing prohibited actions. He is a wellmannered 19 year old man to his parents as well as to his mates.
