First Project!
For our first project, students will be graded on a presentation they are going to give
on a country of their choosing. The presentations will be 15 minutes long and will be
the culmination of a 6-Week long survey of Global Geography. Don’t worry; we won’t
just be studying geography for six weeks. There are other English Language Activities
planned, as well as trips to the library (both the school library and the Central library
in Downtown Minneapolis). Start thinking about a country you find interesting! A sign
up sheet will go around during the second week of school, ensuring no two students
choose the same country.
