Suvidhaa markets and distributes various services provided by different companies with whom Suvidhaa has a tie-up. Suvidhaa brings together several service providers on its web-based S-Commerce platform on a real-time basis. Suvidhaa appoints local neighbourhood stores including grocery stores, medical stores, travel agents, and cyber cafes as its franchisees to distribute the services to consumers. The franchisee must have a computer, printer and Internet connectivity to conduct the business. There is also an option to conduct the business through a mobile phone. Suvidhaa installs its proprietary software on the franchisees computer or mobile. Suvidhaa operates on a pre-paid model. The franchisee has to maintain a deposit as working capital limit and can conduct transactions till the deposit value is exhausted. Consumer walks into a Suvidhaa outlet and enjoys services by paying cash. Suvidhaa also its services to corporate offices for the benefit of employees. Soon, Suvidhaa will reach its consumers directly through the computer and the mobile phone.
