OLD CROC CHEESE FACEBOOK RECIPE CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

THIS CONTEST. ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Old Croc Cheese Facebook Contest (the "Contest"), you must be (a) a citizen of the United States or a lawful permanent resident of the United States; and (b) 18 years of age or older at the time of entering. The Contest is void where otherwise restricted or prohibited by law. The Contest will be conducted during the period of October 16th 2013 November 15th 2013. HOW TO ENTER AND PARTICIPATE: To enter, simply "Like" Old Croc Cheeses Facebook page located at Facebook.com/OldCrocCheese and submit a message or post on Old Croc Cheese's Facebook page as described below. You can also email your entry to FacebookContest@OldCrocCheese.com. During this promotion fans are required to submit a picture (or pictures) featuring an original food creation that incorporates Old Croc Australian Cheese product(s). Fans are also required to submit the recipe and ingredients used to create their food item(s). DRAWING & NOTIFICATION: Three (3) winners will be randomly selected by Old Croc Cheese during each promotion period. The winners will be sent a message via their Facebook account. Once selected, the winners will be required to send a private message to Old Croc Cheese to share their contact details so Old Croc Cheese can provide the winners with their prizes. Prizes will be mailed within 30 days of the winner providing his/her contact details. The odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received, and the winner shall be determined by Old Croc Cheese, in its sole and absolute discretion and Old Croc Cheese's interpretation of these official rules. All decisions are final and binding in all respects. If a potential winner does not respond to the notification email within five (5) business days from the first notification attempt, then such entrant will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on a Facebook account email address, the winner will be deemed the authorized account holder of the Facebook account submitted at time of entry. Winners will be announced and may receive recognition on the Old Croc Cheese Facebook page. PRIZES: The selected winners will win two (2) Old Croc Cheese coupons good for free 7oz. packages of Old Croc Cheese and an Old Croc Cheese branded cooler valued at $35.00 in total. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible posts. Winning entries and prizes are not transferable. No prize substitutions are allowed except by Old Croc Cheese which reserves the right to substitute prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. MISCELLANEOUS: This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants and their participating entities agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Old Croc Cheese and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest or these Official Rules. Old Croc Cheese shall not have any liability for (i) any technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in internet connections, Facebook, network hardware or software, email addresses or Facebook account access; (ii) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest. Old Croc Cheese may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, or block a participant from posting comments or accessing Old Crocs Facebook page, in its sole discretion, if it determines that said participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs or methods) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass Old Croc or any other participants. If for any reason this Contest is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Old Croc Cheese which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Old Croc Cheese reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Old Croc Cheese reserves the right to revise, amend, suspend or end the Contest, or portions of the Contest, if any portion of the Contest is deemed to violate any local, state or federal regulations without liability to any participants. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION FOR MARKETING PURPOSES: By participating in the Contest, you grant Old Croc Cheese the right to use your information for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you specifically request in writing that we do not. By submitting a photograph and/or recipe, you agree to the following: You represent that you are the photographer and legally own the photograph. You represent that the recipe is original and you are not infringing on the rights of other third parties. You acknowledge that Old Croc Cheese may, at its sole discretion, publish use, exploit, adapt, modify, reproduce distribute, publicly display or otherwise use any photograph and/or recipe submitted by you, as well as your name and city of residence. Such publication or other use may occur on television, in newspapers and magazines, on the Internet, and/or in or on any other medium of communication now or hereafter devised, and may be for advertising, promotion, the use of trade, and/or other commercial purposes. By submitting a photograph and/or recipe, you (and any other individual depicted in a photograph) consent to such publication or any other use. As a condition of submitting your photograph, you (and any other individual depicted in a photograph) unconditionally and irrevocably waive all claims to compensation for use of the photograph, and/or any rights with respect to such use you may have under copyright law, the right to publicity, the right to privacy, the law of defamation, and any other common law or statutory claims under the laws of any jurisdiction. Further, you agree to release and to indemnify, defend, and save harmless, Old Croc Cheese, its agents, employees, licensees and assigns from any and all claims you, or any third party, may have now or in the future for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright infringement or other causes of action arising out of the use, exploitation, reproduction, adaptation, distribution, broadcast, performance, or display of the photographs and/or recipe submitted by you. You agree to waive any right to inspect or approve any works that may be created using the photographs and/or recipe submitted by you and waive any claim with respect to the eventual use to which the photographs and/or recipe submitted by you may be applied. Old Croc Cheese is and shall be the exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest, including copyright, in all such works. You acknowledge that you understand that the foregoing license and release shall be perpetual. You represent that you have been given the authority by each individual depicted in a photograph to bind such individual to these release terms.
