Customer Experience
Customer contact to the Presto Call Centre and OC Transpo Customer Service continued to manage calls and address individual issues; All issues raised are analyzed to determine if specific to each customer or if a possible trend; Customer issues are resolved by agents through corrective action, education or goodwill; and, Customers are adopting the Presto card and providing important feedback used to address questions & concerns.
