Work Experience: Worked as an Internee at Admin/Finance since (April 5, 2007 November 30, 2007) in IOM-UN International Organization for Migration United Nations Where my responsibilities were:: Provide information, relevant to medical processing, to the applicants either by phone or personally. Register the applicants in the database, make an appointment. Assist in coordinating all receipts; reconcile receipts from the bank statements received from sub offices to Finance Officer. Receive and check invoices from clients and other vendors. Assist in reconciling cash and bank books at the end of each month and when required. Assist in maintaining Debtors/Creditors statements and follow-up of payment and receipt to/from debtors/creditors. Assist in checking invoices and ascertain that the equipment, supplies or services they refer to were duly received or provided. If requested so, accompany the applicants to the radiology unit and ensure the identity of the applicants, undergoing X-ray. Inform the applicants about need for additional investigations (if not done by the Migration Health Physician/Nurse) and make appointment for these investigations. Enter information for the medical form into the database, if so requested. Print out medical documents as requested by the Migration Health Physician. Collect monthly statistical information in IOM format and submit it to the Chief Migration Health Physician. Set up and maintain in order storage system for chest X-ray and hard copies of medical documents (informed consent, radiologists report, sputum smear results, pregnancy test results, etc).

Any other duties as may be assigned by the Migration Health Physician, Senior Migration Health Physician or Chief of Mission. Worked for about 5 Months (September 16, 2006 January 31, 2007) as a Accounts Assistant in Malik & Brothers Where my responsibilities were: Maintaining of the General Ledger manually & systematic both as well.
