Steps of Past Life Regression(PLR) Therapy :-

(1) Preliminary Interview & Counseling: An informal meeting is conducted with the Client who wishes to go for PLR. Consent Form is signed. Some aspects of Life are discussed along with Present Issues/Problems/Sufferings. The discussion is a two-way interaction between Therapist & the Client. After that Some Introduction of PLR process, its basis, its need, its pre-conditions etc. are given by Therapist. This step may take approx. 2-3 hours . In order to clear blockages if any, we recommend some meditation/White Light Meditation/Relaxation Technique/ Breathing Techniques etc. which are taught and demonstrated to Client. The date and time of actual PLR Session is decided. (2) Meditation/White Light Meditation, Reading books/articles related to PLR: The thinking pattern & belief system of a common person, his emotion etc. are sometimes stumbling blocks in the way of opening of memories of Past Life. In order to clear those blockages we recommend some meditation/White Light Meditation/Relaxation Technique/ Breathing Techniques etc. This step takes 5-15 min. per sitting of meditation/Breath work. This step is not necessary in all cases. Some client may go for PLR directly after Prelim & Counseling. We teach the techniques and demonstrate them. We recommend to practice them at home up to one week or lesser or longer period before start of actual PLR Session depending upon the case. The date and time of actual PLR Session is fixed as per the same, at the time of Prelim. & Counseling. (3) PLR Session: This is the time when past life memory recall takes place. We take the Client to Trance State with the help of guided techniques and suggest his Subconscious Mind to open the memories of related Past Life. This step may take approx. 2 hours to 3 hours or sometimes even longer depending upon the Client and his Past Life. It is not necessary that a client will experience his past life in very first session only, often the past life memories are blocked due to various reasons. Opening of Past life memories depends completely upon the client, his soul, his blockages, his openness of mind and the Nature. PLR Therapy is totally a Client based Therapy, a therapist is just a facilitator or guide. Often it takes 2-3 sessions to open the past life memories. Complete faith in the therapist and the process, positive attitude, openness of mind are some of the qualities which accelerate the opening of past life memories. PLR Session further consists of three steps : (I) Identification:- The client is required to re-live the past life memories, feel all the feelings and experience completely as if it is happening now. Reliving is relieving. (II) Dis-identification :- After that death moment is visited. Review of whole life(past life) is made, analogy of that (past) life to present life, if any, is deduced, lesson is taken in after death stage in soul form. (III) Integration :- The soul of the client moves to Soul-plane with the help of his Guide/Master/Animal Guide/Angel/God/Devi/ Devata/Ancestor. In soul plane lots of messages are given by his Guide/Master/Animal Guide/Angel/God/Devi/Devata. Unconditional love and blessings of Masters/Angels are sought. Lots of Learning, Insights are gained and integration takes place in this stage. All the losses/sufferings/ grieves are completely recovered/healed in this stage. After that the client is brought back to present life, present moment quite refresh and happy.

(4) Post Session guidelines & Follow ups: Some types of meditation, breathing techniques are suggested after PLR Session sometimes, which help in changing the way of thinking towards presenting issue/problem which accelerate the therapeutic process. (5) Implementation of knowledge/Lessons/Insights gained through PLR to day to day Life: It is necessary to implement the knowledge/Lessons/Insights gained through PLR to day to day Life in order to gain complete benefit. (6) Feedback & Suggestions: A client is required to give feedback of the PLR session after 30-40 days. He/She is supposed to mail at the given mail id or write a letter to therapist regarding the healing/resolution of issue. He/She may give suggestion regarding any of the steps related to PLR. We always welcome all the feedbacks and suggestions and continuously strive to serve our Client in better way.

(B.) Fee for the Service:(1) Registration Fee: Rs. 200/- (Non-refundable) to be paid only once at the time of Prelim. & Counseling. (2) Session Fee: Rs. 1300/- per successful session to be paid at the time of PLR Session. Initially a client can have maximum 3 PLR Sessions(try) with payment of single session fee in case of session failure, after that an appropriate amount may be refunded if the client wishes to discontinue, or Rs. 300/- per session may be charged for further try, but full fee may be charged for successful session. Our primary motto is to Transform the life of Client positively and resolve their problems completely. Fees are taken after the session. As per our ethical guidelines this service must be affordable to all classes of people in the society, so proper concession in fee may be considered in case of economically backward people. (3) In case of service at home Rs. 100/- extra may be charged per visit as conveyance charge.

(C.) No. of Sessions Required :Total no. of successful sessions required for resolving/healing an issue/problem may vary as per the intensity of issue/problem, attitude, belief & faith of client. Generally 1 to 3 successful sessions are sufficient to resolve an issue/problem.

(D.) Timing :Monday to Friday: 7:00AM to 10:00AM (Morning) and 7:00PM to 10:00PM (Evening) Saturday & Sunday: 8:00AM to 12:00PM and 2:00PM to 8:00PM
