Job Profile and Internship

i. HDFC Ltd (March 2012- Till date), Hyderabad, Andra Pradesh a) I am currently working as Assistant Manager, Business Development. Prior to this, I was working in the Credit Department. My job profile involves ensuring strict adherence of procedures up to the sanctioning of a loan.

b) Assessing certain new employers (in case of employee customers), looking at the credit worthiness and saving patterns of each customer. c) I would be handling mortgage cases of high profile and high net worth customers. ii. Malabar Distributors (Jan 11 to Feb 12): Nadapuram, Calicut, Kerala Malabar Distributors (our family owned business) is an Area Distributor of ITC (Indian Tobacco Company), distributing cigarettes, FMCG products and staples. ITC commands more than 90% market share of the Indian cigarette market. I was mainly responsible for the supervision of accounts & finance, inventory control, dealing with banks and management reporting. I was also involved in supervision of sales team, merchandising and new product launching. Internship: i. Arab Insurance Group BSC (ARIG), Bahrain (Aug 09 to Oct 09): ARIG is a prominent reinsurance company in the Middle East, based in Bahrain. I was given the overall exposure on various accounting functions (excluding technical and investment accounts). The main emphasis was on Reconciliation of bank and counterparty accounts, Systems evaluation, Reporting framework , and Evaluation of accounting documents (which included journal vouchers, payment vouchers and receipt vouchers.) ii. Sri Ram Insurance Company, Chennai (March 07 to April 07): The Company is a middle level insurance firm based in India.
