2. Introduction
2.1.Introduction
The mobile solution is an HTML5-based application that is compatible with WebKit enabled mobile devices, such as iPhone, Android, and Blackberry. The application enables the ability for passengers to book and manage travel on their mobile device though a simple and intuitive process flow. Through the mobile home screen, passengers are provided the ability to: Shop for new travel reservations Book for new travel reservations Access existing travel reservations made through the mobile system Modify existing travel reservations exchanging for another itinerary Cancelation of an existing itinerary View flight status based on schedule look up for flights departing today or tomorrow View flight status based on flight number look up for flights departing yesterday, today, or tomorrow
4. Book My Flight
4.1. Book My Flight - Search Request Screen
The Flight Search screen offers the option to search for round trip or one-way flights. The customer enters the required From and To city or airports (selected from a scroll wheel of alphabetized locations), along with departure and return dates, and passenger counts. Up to nine (9) passengers are supported on a single itinerary, as configured by the airline. Submitting the Search Flights button navigates to the Flight List screen.

5. Manage My Flights
5.1. Manage My Flights Reservation Retrieval Screen
The Manage My Flights module allows users to retrieve an existing reservation, either for reference purposes or for the purpose of change or cancel of the trip. The application is integrated with Customer Insight, so airlines can opt to include the ability for the user to log in to their existing account to find their reservation. Users without an account can retrieve their reservation by providing the Last Name of the traveler and the reservation PNR.

6. Flight Status
6.1. Flight Status Search and Flight Result Screens
The Flight Status module allows users to view flight status, including flight arrival and departure times, gate, terminal, and baggage claim information for flights departing yesterday, today, or tomorrow. Using the Flight Status module requires airline filing of FLIFO data for flight status. Note: Sabre commands for Cancellations should be performed using the FX command. Customers have the ability to check the status of their flights for departure and arrival times to see if their flight is on-time, delayed, or canceled. The ability to search flight status can be performed by way of two methods. 1. Search by schedule entering a departure and arrival city/airport. 2. Search by entering a specific flight number.
