WORK EXPERIENCE

• One years work experience as admin officer in Sheikhupura College of commerce.

• Working as Administrator in Mobiserve Pvt. (An ORASCOM subsidiary) from o1

January 2008 till date.

I have following major managerial responsibilities to run smooth office setup.

MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Being Administrator I have to perform many tasks to ensure smooth performance of the
office.

• I am answerable for any critical issues related to my office.

• I have to make time table for my subordinates and have to assign tasks to them
accordingly.

• To check the quality of Material needed at GSM cell sites.

• To Purchase standard material from different subcontractors.

• I also have to coordinate with my store keeper to keep check and balance of
material

assuring a balance between material consumption and demands by different area

Engineers.
 • I coordinate the activities of more than 20 administrative staff members that
include store keepers, security Guards, and Purchasing officers.

• I am managing all office assets and I am responsible for all office expenses.

• I remained in continuous contact with area head and area Engineers to assure
them continuity of all demands needed to carry out their tasks.

• I am managing 5-7 lacs PKR monthly budget of my office including material

expense, vehicle fueling
