GROUP RATES 2014

Sprachcaffe Languages PLUS is an expert when it comes to organizing group travel. The selected destinations offer all that is needed to make a group holiday successful and safe. Our 30 years of experience will guarantee you the best mix of learning, extra-curricular activities, accommodation, group dynamics and easy booking. Our group prices are based on a group of minimum 5 students. ACCOMMODATION Nearly all of our schools offer the possibility of residential accommodation. Depending on the destination, students will stay in a Club Residence or Club Village and live and learn under the same roof, or in a Residence which is located close to the school. For those who would like to get to know the lifestyle, habits and customs of the host country, we offer accommodation in selected families. Meals vary by location. Accomodotion for tour leaders is not included and will be calculated separately. LEISURE ACTIVITIES: You can choose between two different leisure programs Leisure package 1 includes 1 full day excursion per week, 4 half day activities per week Leisure package 2 includes 5 additional half days activities per week (can be booked as an add-on to the first package) The activities vary from centre to centre as we always consider the uniqueness of our destinations, bus passes are not included.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. ENROLMENT To book the group, please send us a complete list of the students names, dates of birth, genders, allergies and special diets together with a confirmation of the services required. As soon as we receive the completed application, we will mail you a confirmation and invoice. Please transfer a deposit of 20% of the total amount. The final payment has to be made at least 4 weeks prior to arrival to ensure release of service. For a last minute booking the total amount has to be paid on receipt of the invoice. 2. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Arrival day is Sunday and departure day is Saturday (with the exception of residence accommodations in Brighton, where the departure day is Friday). Any changes made to this schedule are subject to extra costs, which the school will specify in its final confirmation to agents. CANCELLATION / CHANGE OF BOOKING In the case of cancellation (prior to the course start) of a group or individual participants of the group after the confirmation has been sent, you will be charged the following fees per person: Cancellation up to Worldwide except USA 28 days 15-27 days 1-14 days Thereafter

If you should cancel/withdraw after the commencement of your course, no refund will be made. After arrival, please consult the school for its refund policies. In USA the school will follow the cancellation / withdrawal policies as established by ACCET and the respective U.S. state. Any change (e.g. arrival date, accommodation, etc.) required up to 28 days before departure will incur a fee of 50 / 40 / $ 65 or equivalent (USA in accordance with ACCET and local state regulations). Afterwards we will do our utmost, but cannot guarantee the fulfilment of the request made since extra costs may incur. In that case, the rebooking charge may exceed 50 / 40 / $ 65 . 4. VISA In order to provide the letter of acceptance required by the embassy for issuing a visa, 40% of the total amount should be paid together with an additional charge of non-refundable 80 / 65 / $ 120 / $ 150 (USA & Canada); non-refundable shipping fees may apply. In the case of visa refusal, a full refund minus the additional, non refundable fees can only be made if the student provides the letter of refusal issued by the embassy at least 14 days before departure. After this date we will consider the participation of the student as confirmed and normal cancellation/rebooking charges will apply. In case the visa has not yet been issued 15 days before departure, we strongly recommend postponing the course. In this case, the first rebooking fee will not be charged (evidence of visa refusal is required).
