employees, in a 24 hour emergency dispatch center. Provide all department training including use of CAD,
company policies and procedures. Provide continual statistical analysis of demographics, call volumes,
response times and employee performance. Maintain strong working relationships with numerous other
agencies and hospitals. Coordinate all ambulance services for public and privately sponsored events.
Involvement with National Academy of Emergency Medical Dispatchers, American Ambulance
Association, Fitch and Associates, Office of Emergency Management, local hospitals, and state and local
agencies.

Reported to the Operations Manager. Direct more than 80 employees in the execution of daily ambulance
operational duties. Communicate regularly with senior management regarding organizational, liability and
disciplinary issues. Conduct formal orientation and training of new employees; coaching and mentoring of
staff. Prepare and present staff with performance evaluations. Maintain the highest standards of patient
care, customer service and medical - legal documentation.

Adventure Program Coordinator 1996 - 1997
Design, created and implemented the W.I.L.D program, guiding youths age 12 to 17 in back country
experiences for the development of leadership skills. Facilitated groups of 8 to 14 individuals in
educational and adventure programs including; basic natural history, rock climbing, low impact camping,
team challenge and high ropes course initiatives with emphasis on group dynamics, leadership, and
spiritual - personal growth.
