NI DUNG BO LNH: 1. urpose: Guara tee for t e r c pals Obl at o s accord to t e Co tract No DVAD-13-334 dated 19-03-20103 signed by the Beneficiary and the Principal Mc ch bo lnh: Bo m ngha v thc hin Hp ng mua bn ng u.PVC s DVAD-13-334 k ngy 19-03-2013 c k gia Bn nhn bo lnh v Bn c bo lnh. 2. Guaranty amount: The maximum value is xxx.000.000 VND (in words: Viet Nam Dong). The obligations of Maritime Bank Hai Phong shall be automatically reduced with the completion rate of contractual obligations that the Principal completed and/or the amount that Maritime Bank Hai Phong has paid to the Beneficiary tin bo lnh: Ti a l xxx.000.000 ng (Bng ch:). 3. Scope of the Guarantee: Maritime Bank undertakes to pay to the Beneficiary a maximum
amount equal the guaranty amount Phm vi bo lnh: Ma itime Bank cam k t thanh ton cho Bn nhn bo lnh mt khon tin ti a bng tin bo lnh.

4. Conditions for Guarantee: After receiving the first written of the Beneficiary require the
Guarantor to perform his obligations, showing that the Principal has failed to perform or inappropriately perform their obligations under the terms of above mentioned Contract. 5. This guarantee letter is irrevocable and non-transferable, made in an unique origin only
for the Beneficiary, valid from 21-03-2013 to 17 o'clock 09-04-2013 and comply with the provisions of Vietnamese laws.
