Terms & Conditions for the above offer In order to avail the offer, a customer needs to make the complete payment using an HDFC Bank Debit / Credit card. This offer is applicable in multiples. That is if the minimum spend required is Rs.3000 and if a customer shops for Rs.6000, the customer shall be given GVs worth Rs.400. Two or more bills of a lesser value cannot be clubbed to avail the offer. That is, if the minimum shopping amount required to be done is Rs.3000, and if the customer shops on the same day at the same store for an amount of Rs.1500 each time, the customer shall not be eligible to avail the offer. This offer is not valid on purchase of Gift Vouchers.

The Gift Voucher can be redeemed without any minimum purchase criteria till January 31, 2014. The GV for all practical purposes is a green GV and can be used as tender in subsequent transactions.

Operational Mechanics Issuance of GVs will be done manually. The GVs are pre-printed and barcoded. The denominations of the GV are Rs.100. 2 GVs need to be issued per transaction and in multiples as per the actual invoice value. The GVs to be issued at the TIC counter after inspecting the physical card and the EDC charge slip to check the genuineness. Invoice to be stamped after issuance of the GV. It is mandatory to note invoice number and the number of GVs issued only in an excel sheet. No other data is required and no register is required.

FAQs

If a customer in Bangalore uses a promo GV of Rs.700 will she be eligible for the Bank Offer GV ? To get the Bank GV, the customer has to shop for a nett value of Rs.5000 using any one of the cards (SCB / HDFC). IN this case, the bill value should be more than 5700. The customer has to tender the slab amount using the card to be eligible.

Can the customer use the bank GVs and be eligible for a promo GV ? Yes. The Bank GVs enjoy the same status as Green GVs and can be used as tender.
