Achievements: I operated cash registers in a busy environment. I maintained punctuality throughout my employment in Penneys. I ensured that the shelves and rails were well stocked and in good order. I participated, both as a team member and through managing my personal workload, in maintaining overall presentation and cleanliness of the shop in keeping with company standards. I demonstrated manual dexterity as part of my role in the stock room which involved heavy lifting and compressing waste materials such as boxes and I assembled various rails and mannequins. I negotiated with customers to resolve minor complaints and queries. I assisted in the decoration of the shop wall when piloting new fashions or products. I was involved in the logging of stock when undertaking the biannual stock take.

Achievements: I was responsible for the care and management of a group of children all under the age of twelve through the medium of Irish. I demonstrated initiative and creativity in developing day- to - day programs of activities to entertain and teach the children.

I used various methods of instruction to transfer my skills as a handball player to the children attending the camp. I supervised matches between the groups and negotiated with the children to resolve disputes. I ensured the maintenance and upkeep of any equipment utilised throughout the camp.

Qualifications: Skills: I am a hardworking, responsible individual capable of managing a heavy workload under the pressures of a variety of situations. I actively learn at a speedy pace, with plenty of enthusiasm and patience. I have proficient communication skills and I have consistently demonstrated effective interpersonal skills within the workplace. I am open minded and will try my hand at anything through perseverance and motivation to develop and enhance new and existing skills. I am very efficient at typing, particularly touch typing and I have a good command of the written English language. Hobbies and interests: I have an athletic personality and prefer outdoor activities such as Kayaking, hillwalking, orienteering and archery. For recreation I prefer to relax through listening to music, playing the xbox and PC, sodoku, reading and watching films and documentaries. My ultimate passions rest with playing Handball, pool, soccer and swimming. I love being involved in the care of animals, with particular interest in dogs and farm animals. Brief summary of career experience: While working as a retail assistant and volunteer for several organisations I have gained many skills as well as personal qualities which are very useful. I am extremely motivated, gregarious and detail orientated which is vital when perusing a career as an Outdoor Instructor. ( EXPAND ) Goals for the near future: My career goals for the future involve a few different aspects. I would love to be working as an archery and open boating instructor, with a company, hoping to expand my knowledge base and skill set and perhaps be promoted into a higher position. I also plan on volunteering with the GSPCA and GAA. I feel it is important to divide my time between professional career, voluntary work and my personal life. Values: Teamwork, hardworking, honesty, respect, passion, leadership, motivation, trust and innovation.
