    As mentioned in my blog, as a CAF leader, you're not good for much if you just sit there if something is going sideways. When that starts to happen then you better speak up or prepare to be held accountable. By the time this email was sent to my MP, the JPSU was going sideways pretty good; this email is from a conference held in Ottawa with the senior and mid-level leadership. Prior to going I asked my Officer Commanding if he would allow me latitude in speaking to the brass more "boisterously" than normal. I had been corresponding with my MP regularly about the plight of the JPSU and sent her this email from the conference. I "let er rip" for a while before my OC (God love him) reigned me in. One of my more stunning comments was "JPSU Eastern Ontario Region has reached Mission Failure" which got us an unscheduled coffee break. There was a specific person assigned to take minutes at the conference but they were never circulated - this would be a good thing to look into for all you access to information types.
