Crane
Story of Kung Fu Panda
It's the story about a lazy, irreverent slacker panda, named Po, who is the biggest fan of Kung Fu around...which doesn't exactly come in handy while working every day in his family's noodle shop. Unexpectedly chosen to fulfill an ancient prophecy, Po's dreams become reality when he joins the world of Kung Fu and studies alongside his idols, the legendary Furious Five -- Tigress, Crane, Mantis, Viper and Monkey -- under the leadership of their guru, Master Shifu. But before they know it, the vengeful and treacherous snow leopard Tai Lung is headed their way, and it's up to Po to defend everyone from the oncoming threat. Can he turn his dreams of becoming a Kung Fu master into reality? Po puts his heart - and his girth - into the task, and the unlikely hero ultimately finds that his greatest weaknesses turn out to be his greatest strengths.

Voice cast
Jack Black as Po The protagonist. He is an energetic yet immature, accident-prone, fat giant panda. He is also a die-hard fan of the Furious Five and kung fu, as well as being the son of Mr. Ping, in whose noodle shop they are co-workers. In the end, he becomes the Dragon Warrior after defeating Tai Lung; thus he joins the Furious Five who accept him as a true kung fu master.

Dustin Hoffman as Master Shifu An old red panda, who is Po and the Five's sifu.

Angelina Jolie as Tigress. She is a beautiful tiger with an extremely short temper and the leader of the Furious Five. She is also Shifu's foster daughter.

Ian McShane as Tai Lung The primary antagonist of the film. He is a muscular snow leopard, who was denied the Dragon Scroll by Grand Master Oogway because of the true darkness in his heart. After rampaging the Valley of Peace for being denied the scroll, Tai Lung was defeated by Master Oogway and sent

Awards
Kung Fu Panda had been nominated for the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature and the Golden Globe Award for Best Animated Feature Film. However, both awards were won by Pixar's WALL-E instead. This was parodied by the film's main voice actor, Jack Black, at the 81st Academy Awards, saying "Each year I do one DreamWorks project, and then I take all the money to the Oscars and bet it on Pixar. By contrast, Kung Fu Panda won 11 Annie Awards (including Best Picture) out of 16 nominations, albeit amid controversy.[50]

Crane
CRANE

Crane was first seen in the training scene where the Furious Five attempt to ambush Master Shifu. When Shifu evaded them completely, he said he was disappointed, pointing out the problems in each of the Five's attack strategy; he told Crane he needed to have greater height before attacking. During combat situations, especially in dangerous locations where fatal falls are possible, Crane will fly around the combat zone, surveying the area as a scout for tactical advantage as well as catching any of his comrades if they do fall. If necessary, he is strong enough to carry all of the Five in the air, but this very taxing for him. He was the first of the Five to hold a conversation with Po, albeit it being quite awkward. Nonetheless, touched by Po's dedication and admiration of the five led Crane to have some respect for Po. In Secrets of The Furious Five, Crane was the slave-like janitor at the Lee Da Kung Fu Academy, where everybody looked down upon him, even the strict teacher of the academy, due to his particularly skinny build. However the top student, named Mei Ling, saw the skills which Crane used to tidy up the place every night, and convinced Crane to try out for the school.

Crane
Though his nerve faltered at first, Crane accidentally wandered into the obstacle course and quickly found the confidence to surpass it, and passed with flying colors Crane's crushing claws and razor sharp wings make him a deadly force on the battlefield whether on the ground or in the air. Using his power of flight, Crane often teams up with other members of the Furious Five and carries them up to the sky for aerial assaults on their attackers. In times of peace, Crane enjoys cracking jokes with his Jade Palace family but often shakes his head in disbelief at some of Po's antics.

Crane and the other Five at the Dragon Warrior Tournament

He was next shown in the Dragon Warrior Tournament. As he flapped his wings, he caused a gust of wind to slam shut the window Po had been looking through. As the first to showcase of power, he was to dodge the "Thousand Tongues of Fire" rockets that would be hurtling toward him. Crane gracefully managed to dodge the rockets. After the others had performed (aside from Tigress), he lined up with the rest of the Five when Master Oogway announced that the Dragon Warrior was among them. He was just as surprised as the rest when a chubby panda named Po fell out of the sky and landed in front of Oogway's pointing claw.

Crane training on the Jade Tortoise

After the tournament, the Five made their way over to the Training Hall. Crane was shown to be working on the Hall's Jade Tortoise, soon sparring with Tigress when she, too, landed on the tortoise bowl to do battle with him. He came up with the rest of the Five when Po started to showcase his skills, watching and flinching as Po tumbled into the training course and failed each section. He joined in with the others that night in making fun of Po afterwards as they walked towards the Student Barracks, sarcastically remarking, "He is so mighty! The Dragon Warrior fell out of the sky in a ball of fire!" But little did he know that Po was right behind them the whole time and could hear everything they said. When Po then tried to sneak into his room that same night, he made the floorboards creak every time he moved and, in trying to avoid that, accidentally stumbled into Crane's room while he was sleeping, waking him up. When Po awkwardly tried to start a conversation, Crane told Po, "I've

had a long and rather disappointing day, so... yeah; I should probably get to sleep now." An awkward conversation ensued, during which Po accidentally kicked a hole in the material separating Crane and Monkey's rooms, and ended with Po parting with more awkward apologies. The Five entertained by Po's "Shifu impression" The next day, Crane had to help Po get unstuck from a full-split he had been attempting to do. He later sparred with Po, but before they could attempt to fight, Po fell into the tortoise bowl and banged around for quite a bit, with Crane having jumped off and hovered in the air above him. That night, as Po was being treated to acupuncture by Mantis and Viper, his exclamations of pain caused Crane to mess up a symbol he was painting on some parchment. He later reminded Tigress from his room that they weren't supposed to talk about Tai Lung when she began telling Po her story, but by the end of it, he and Monkey had opened the door between Crane and Po's room to listen. When the Five and Po ate together that same night, Crane greatly enjoyed Po's noodle soup, and laughed with the rest (excluding Tigress) at Po's "Shifu impression". He and the rest of the Five were later shocked at hearing of Oogway's passing from Shifu.

Cranes character in Organization

Crane is the most patient of the Five and one of the most sarcastic, and considered to be the "mother hen" of the group despite being male. He will always try to avoid and defuse conflicts between his comrades, whose differing personalities often conflict. These kind of peoples are not wanted in the organizations wo never took any kind of initiative and do not try to finish the conflict between other employees. In organizations peoples like cane are cool minded they dont bother what is going around themselves and do not bother at all. These kind of peoples are emotional and quite most of the time and dont go with the positive initiatives of anything at all. Peoples like crane in the oraganizations are average employes who do not merge with others to do something batter and are not to dull! They are like thats are moving on as they move. These kind of peoples dont produce any creative ideas they are not creative, which is bad for the company. They bring no initiative, no change in organizations they live their own lives! They do

not use their brains even a bit and always do what others says to them! Weather it is wrong or rite! Because they do not use their brains and passes their life in this way
