RECCOMENDATIONS
The project consists of executive bungalows, apartments, and supervisor dwellings, labour dwellings with market and entertainment complex. In this exercise we have selected optimum manpower for the project as the projects like dwellings and bungalows are similar in nature and the designs would be identical. In the initial stages of the project a senior engineer would assist a junior engineer to handle all these segments of the project. Once a dwelling or a bungalow gets completed the junior engineer would be able to handle dwelling and bungalow project independently. This would help the contractor to retain same manpower for other areas of project. A senior engineer in all departments would be required in apartment & entertainment complex projects due complexity in design & planning, material and specialized skill labour management would be required to execute the works. A junior engineer who was working for the dwellings can also be utilized for entertainment complex project once the 25% of dwelling project gets completed. A supervisor who was working in the dwelling project can take charge of junior engineers position and can monitor till its completion.
