Job Description In today's changing environment, government agencies are seeing an increase in physical and cyber threats, financial and performance reporting requirements, diversity in the workforce, and the impact of rapidly changing technologies. Our growing Public Sector Advisory practice provides management consulting, technology consulting and risk consulting services to help government agencies anticipate and address their most complex challenges. Our Public Sector practice works with Federal, State and Local Governments as well as International Agencies on a range of complex matters. Additionally, our Junior Military Office program provides an opportunity for service members who excelled in their military career to continue serving their country through Public Sector consulting. Professionals in PwCs Public Sector practice are subject to a government security investigation and may need to meet related eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Our Operations consultants help clients realize competitive advantage from operations. This high performing team translates business strategy into operations strategy and transforms operations to drive both growth and profitability. Specific areas of focus include global footprint and network design, product innovation and development, sales and operations planning, procurement and sourcing, manufacturing operations, service operations, logistics, and capital programs. Position/Program Requirements Knowledge Preferred: Demonstrates thorough knowledge in Logistics including knowledge and understanding using a "pull" continuous replenishment system with distributors/customers in order to increase frequency, speed, and quality of deliveries, implementing a "Cross Docking Distribution System" to significantly reduce warehousing costs and speed inventory

Skills Preferred: Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and success in a role using various enterprise resource planning systems and warehouse management systems such as JD Edwards, SAP (especially Warehouse Management and Inventory Management modules), Oracle, Hyperion, Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Manhattan Associates, EXE, Manugistics. Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with and proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member identifying and addressing client needs with a focus on process and technology changes to logistics and warehousing functions. Demonstrates a proven thorough record of success in participating in client discussions and meetings, managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues. Proven experience as a team leader including a proven track record of creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members, providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues. Preferred concentration in Engineering or Operations Management. Graduate level degree preferred. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Advisor (CFA), or American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) certifications preferred. Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 3 Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree required. Additional Information Role will utilize knowledge and experience with one of more areas of Federal and/or Department of Defense (DoD) business operations, to include acquisition and contracting, logistics and supply chain, financial management (including programming, and budgeting in DoD), information technology and systems, data management and analysis, and enterprise architecture. Role will utilize familiarity with SCOR Model, AFSO 21 Initiatives and Air Force Logistics business Enterprise Architecture is desired.
