Iraq Air Defense Team Chief, United States Central Command (2001 to 2003)

term strategic analysis, intelligence collection operations, and targeting of forces. Delivered real-time
intelligence support enabling completion of 30,000+ combat missions with zero losses to radar-guided
missiles for the first time since introduction in Vietnam.

• Successfully integrated analysis by US Central Command, US Air Force, and national intelligence
community prior to Operation Iraqi Freedom, consolidating efforts of 7 organizations on 3 continents.

Operations Support & Force Protection Branch Chief (1999 to 2000)


Trained and led 18 staff in tactics analysis and intelligence support delivered to 2 numbered Air Forces, 6
flying wings, and 20 installations for air operations in Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe, including Kosovo
and Bosnia. Oversaw 24-hour Intelligence Watch Center with 4 teams monitoring 130 countries, and
force protection group producing theater-wide risk assessments and protection measures for Air Force
assets.

• Enabled casualty-free completion of over 38,000 missions in 78 days for Operation Allied Force.
• Cut certification time 50% with new training program for watch center team chiefs and personnel.
