PNEUMATIC LINE OF BLANKING PRESS

After filtering and reducing the pressure of the compressed air, the air will sent to two circuits. The dry air is sent to the die and feeder through one circuit, through the next circuit the lubricated air is sent to break clutch. The dry air passes through the distributor (1) and this dry air divides in to four lines. This passes through the solenoid valves

yv14, yv24, yv15. The other one is circulates through the distributor for auxiliary purpose. The air passes through the valves, yv24, and yv15 is used to lower rake distributing or to push the caps from two
sides.The last solenoid valve (yv14) is used for punching. Details are shown in the figure given below.

The lubricated air will branches in to two path .one for the break and Clutch, the other reaches yv1 for holding down, yv2 for feed and

yv26 for holding up.
