    On November 1, 2013, we published a headline list of commitments that countries made at the London OGP Summit. Some of these commitments are new open government reforms that will be part of OGP action plans being developed over the coming months, and some are enhanced commitments from previous plans. Each country filled out a short template about their commitment which can be found on this Scribd channel. These are unedited documents being published for the first time today.     DESCRIPTION (up to 200 words) Spain is currently working in the drafting of a new action plan that will reinforce our compromise with the principles that are the basis of the open government partnership. We will have the action plan ready in the first semester of 2014.
